Clause (1): Definitions

Company: The company owning the website on social media under the trade name of Top Barter DMCC in Abbreviation hereinafter after call "TB"

Assessment member: The member chosen by the customer to appraise the commodity.

Commodity: Any personal item which the customer has legally acquired and wants to sell using the services of TB portal.

Any and all products which are in jurisdiction area of TB concept

Any and all products which are in accordance to the rules of TB and 100% is authorized by TB

All and any products are related with Trade license of the First party only

Clause (2):

The First Party accepted to purchase the commodity offered as a used product at the agreed price defined in the deal confirmed by the Second Party. The First Party shall, upon inspection of the commodity offered for sale by the customer, be entitled to modify the value previously offered pursuant to the commodity's condition and the defects detected upon actual examination. The Customer shall be entitled to accept or reject such value without any liability on the First Party and/or website's owner (intermediary in conclusion of the deal).

Clause (3):

The Second Party shall be responsible for removing all the data stored on the Commodity and all the stickers before handing it over to the First Party. The First Party shall not be held liable if it subsequently appeared that any of the data or particulars stored on the Commodity, which have not been removed by the customer before handing over the Commodity, have been stolen, transferred or used by any other person or entity in any way once the commodity has been sold by the Second Party to the First Party or registered dealers of the First Party (misused).

Clause (4):

All devices bought by the first party (Top Barter DMCC) should not have Carrier and iCloud Lock. The device being sold should be with a local TRA approval. Top Barter DMCC reserves the right to refuse the purchase of a device if the Carrier and iCloud lock are still in place.

Clause (5):

The Second party agrees to provide personal details and allow the first party to capture their photo IDs.

Clause (6):

It is agreed that when any dispute arises regarding interpretation and implementation of the provisions of this Agreement, the Courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall be concerned therewith. 'Top Barter DMCC (TB)' maintains the www.topbarter.com ("Site"). "United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile" and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payments.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Any customer using the website who is a Minor (under the age of 18) cannot register as a User of our website and shall not transact on or use our platform.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and TB policies and rules.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

No Refund Policy and No Cancellation – Once a Service has been paid for, there are no refunds or cancellations – You assume the responsibility for your sale, and no refunds, no exchange or cancellations are possible for any TB services or sold products.
