How do I know if a refurbished phone is of good quality?

All refurbished phones sold at TopBarter DMCC undergo rigorous testing and certification processes to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. Each device is inspected, repaired, and certified before being listed for sale. Additionally, we offer a warranty on our refurbished products for your peace of mind.

3. What is your warranty policy for refurbished and new phones?

Brand New Phones: We offer a 1-year international warranty covering operational defects, excluding physical misuse.

Refurbished Phones: These come with a 1-year warranty against operational or functionality issues, also excluding physical misuse.

4. How can I sell my old phone to TopBarter DMCC?

To sell your phone, simply reach out to us through our website or contact customer service. We’ll provide you with the best price based on the model and condition of your device. Once you accept our offer, we’ll guide you through the selling process.

5. What is the barter service, and how does it work?

Our barter service allows you to trade in your old devices for new phones or other exciting products that we feature through weekly or monthly deals. Simply Choose the product that you wish to purchase and during check out,  place a TopBarter Trade-in inquiry. We will collect your device > evaluate the value > make a refund of the equivalent amount into your account. 

6. How do I place an order for a product?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired product, and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout process, where you can enter your shipping information and payment details. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
